When you fill in an appointment enquiry form on this site, we receive the details you type into it: your name, your mobile number, the treatment you selected, your preferred timing if you entered one, and any notes you chose to add.

That is the entire list. The form does not ask for your address, your date of birth, your email, your ID numbers or any payment information, and you should not enter those into it.

We do not ask for detailed medical history through this website. Anything clinically relevant is discussed with you in person at the clinic, where it belongs.

Your name and mobile number are used for one purpose: to call you back and arrange an appointment. The treatment you selected and your notes help the clinic set aside the right amount of time and be prepared before you arrive.

By ticking the consent box on the form, you are agreeing to be contacted on that number about your enquiry. That is the only permission the tick grants.

We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not send promotional messages. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your details with any third party for advertising, and we never will.

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to follow up on your enquiry and, if you become a patient, to maintain your clinical record as required of a dental practice.

If you enquired but never came in, and you would like your details removed, call the clinic and say so. It will be done.

Form submissions are delivered to the clinic's own appointment records. Depending on the tools the clinic uses to manage bookings, that delivery may pass through a service provider that stores the message on the clinic's behalf. Any such provider is used strictly to handle the enquiry and is not permitted to use your details for its own purposes.

This site is hosted by a web hosting provider which, like all web servers, keeps standard technical logs of requests, such as IP addresses and browser types. Those logs exist for security and reliability, not to build a profile of you.

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no behavioural tracking of its own.

If you arrived from a Google Ads advertisement or a Google search result, Google may use its own cookies and identifiers in accordance with Google's privacy policy. That happens between you and Google, and this site has no access to it.

The location map on the page is embedded from Google Maps. Loading that map means your browser contacts Google, and Google may set cookies as a result. The map is loaded lazily, so if you never scroll to it, that contact never happens.

The WhatsApp and telephone buttons are ordinary links. Nothing is transmitted until you choose to tap one, and what happens after that is governed by WhatsApp's or your phone network's own terms.

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit.

Access to enquiry details inside the clinic is limited to the people who need them to schedule and deliver your treatment.

No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as perfectly secure, and any business claiming otherwise is overstating things. What we can say is that we do not collect more than we need, which is the most effective protection there is.

You may ask what information the clinic holds about you, ask for a correction if something is wrong, ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal or clinical requirement to retain it, or withdraw your consent to be contacted.

The clinic treats children, but this website is not directed at them. Enquiries about a child's dental care should be submitted by a parent or guardian, using the parent's or guardian's own contact number.

Dental outcomes depend on the condition of your own teeth, gums and bone, so results differ from one patient to another. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific result. Only an examination at the clinic can establish what your teeth actually need.
